How to Inquire about
◆ Ordering a custom hat ◆
To inquire about arranging a visit to Truly’s showroom and studio in St. Catharines, Ontario to try on current available pieces and discuss shapes and styles for a custom hat, fill out the inquiry form below with your request, letting her know how you would like to be contacted. Truly will reach out to you to arrange timing and discuss what to bring and how to safely visit her studio.
To inquire about placing a remote custom order from Truly Carmichael Couture Millinery fill out the inquiry form and include the following information:
1. How Truly can best contact you (text, email, phone call, whatsapp)
2. The date and description of the event for which you want the hat.
3. The style of hat you are looking for. (This can be a link to a Pinterest board of exciting images you have collected, inspiration photos, an example from Truly’s gallery page, a sketch of your own, or just a written description.) *
4. Preferrably, also include a photo of your face so that Truly can more easily make a hat that will flatter you, and a photo of the clothing you plan to wear with the hat.
Truly will contact you to discuss your inquiry.

* Please note: Truly will not copy another artist’s work. She can draw inspiration from an existing hat that you love, but will not attempt to duplicate an item made by another artist. You can still send a photo of a hat that you love and she will suggest ways of making a unique piece that you will love just as much, which is custom made specifically for you.
If you must have a duplicate of a specific hat, she will recommend that you locate and contact the original designer.
